The Annual Fall Meeting of the New England Obstetrical & Gynecological Society (NEOGS) will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA.

 

The Exhibit Hall will be used for breakfast, coffee break, and lunch allowing for maximal interaction with the registrants.  As you may be aware, NEOGS has a large turnout of obstetricians/gynecologists from New England.  For the majority of the practitioners, it is the only regional or national conference that they attend. 

 

We provide a cash raffle as incentive to encourage the practitioners to visit your table.

 

Exhibitor fee is $1,400 which includes lunch, table with skirted tablecloth, chairs (2), and wifi.  Lunch is served to the exhibitors after the attendees have eaten.  Checks should be made payable to the New England Obstetrical & Gynecological Society and sent to Joanne Beaudoin, NEOGS Administrative Assistant, 5 Bluff Drive, Steep Falls, ME 04085.  We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
